1. Currently tuning to Miss No Good though at times can't help feeling annoyed by the female lead(Rainie Yang) for acting so damn stupidly and idiotic..once watch,must watch till ending d..haha..

2. Wilber Pan is a hottie and handsome!!

3. It's always fun to try out clothes when shopping and don't have to buy them...shopping minus the money..haha

4. Can never get bored listening to songs like David Archuleta's A Little Too Not Over You and At the Beginning from the movie 'Anastasia' playing again and again

5. Has developed bad habits during the long break:sleep late and waking up late...not good for health so trying to change it till now

6. Likes green tea(the drink and ice cream)

7. Tried on jackets with striking colours like orange and yellow which I will never think of usually cos they're not my cup of tea especially yellow when hanging out with friends and I actually look good in them..hahaha..

8. Wants to grow taller a bit more..hopefully can achieve this by start drinking more milk

Last post before the celebrations of Chinese New Year begin!!Gong Xi Fa Cai!!

Yesterday,I was supposed to write about the cookies that me n mum baked on thursday.However,had dinner and hanged out with friends in the evening till late at night so felt too tired and lazy to write anything.N then I was thinking I might not have the time or the mood to blog when the celebrations are going on,so I might as well update my little blog with something..

So,this year,my mum tried two extra kind of cookies..One is already mentioned and even shown on my previous post..However,for those who've forgotten bout them,I'll be so kind as to recap the name of the so-called cookies..it's the orange twin chip cookies.And the other baked on thursday is the roll dates cookies.The photos will be shown before I end this post..So,for those of you who r not known for their patience or already salivating(hehe!!!),just hold on for a little while,k??

Helped my mum in baking two types of cakes today.These annual cakes are orange prune cake and chocolate cake.

Cookies,anyone??

Attempted at baking cookies today..now the festive mood is surrounding everywhere as the Chinese New Year celebrations are approaching.Every year without fail,my mum will bake cakes and cookies.

So today, I gave my first shot at actually joining in the process of baking these cookies...yeah,you name it,preparing the ingredients,mixing n beating of the dough..The cookies are usually the coffee cookies(my mum's signature n also the fav of our family and relatives).And below is the picture of the cookies :

Yesterday,my mum decided that we add one extra type of cookies to the list of our CNY goodies and I was given the honour to choose which one is it gonna be..hehe..so proud ni..And,we decided to try baking the Orange Twin Chip Cookies..can you see that the name itself is already so inviting and tempting??Hehe...and for our first attempt,the cookies turned out to be delicious..so thumbs up for the first attempt!!And here are the pictures of the cookies..Salivating and drooling again?Bet you are..hahahaha!!!

Summing Up of 17/01/2009

Come to think of it, it's not such a bad idea after all to give a little boost of perhaps oomph to this little blog of mine by writing smth to it as often as I can even if it's just a brief post..I'm sure one will be more likely to visit one's blog if it's updated more often, right guys??hehe.u can spare me your thoughts or if u wanna agree or object me,feel free to do so by adding comments to comment box..

My day started with me following my mum to the wet market.It's been ages I reckon since my last outing to the wet market with my parents cos the whole of last year,I spent most of my time in Penang so no chance of going there at that time..Bought few pairs of shorts and jeans of 3/4 length that I can wear for outings(shorts & jeans) and when studying in the university(jeans)..

After had lunch, went to the Pacific shopping outlet with my mum..can consider this day as outing with my mum la..Went there with purpose of getting my haircut fearing that the fares in hair saloons will be hiked up for higher returns of profits in conjunction with the coming Chinese New Year and also to buy few more pairs of jeans long pants so that I'll have few more to pair up with my shirts when I embark on my journey on the university life later in KL and essentially cos I'll be doing lots of travelling to n fro the hostel to university besides the university itself.Well,it turned out that the fares had gone up n I had to fork out extra money for haircut..N the best part of it is that when it's done,I was a little surprised actually cos I din expect my hair to be cut that short n my mum actually liked my new haircut.hehe..good thing for me..here's how I look after the haircut:

Gathering plus Pen Nie's Early Birthday Celebration at Wernie's Place

Yesterday night,went to Siow Wern's place for gathering with close friends and also celebrated Pen's earlier birthday bash which was our surprise planned for Pen Nie perfected with a simple birthday cake, birthday song sang by us and not forgetting,her birthday present.

There's lots and lots of food to be savoured and satisfy our cravings.In the end, we can't finish them cos there's too much of them..the food was awesome especially the satay,chicken wings.bacon,fruit salad thanx to wern's mum(thank you,aunty!!),etc...haha...we really filled our tummy with the food as all of us ended feeling very full...hahaha ...Once in a while,it's alright.However, if everyday like this, all of us especially me sure become like a big balloon d..Hehe..an attempt at being jovial in my blog,hahaha!Nevertheless,all of us had great time!!

Though I don't have that special someone yet, smoking is definitely a big no no to me.So, yes it matters a lot if my boyfriend smokes.

Drinking is still alright as at times, I also drink when I'm with friends or celebrating joyous occasions. But not to the extent that he's an alcoholic and drinks everyday la..

Double Celebrations on 31/12/2008 - Great Way of Ending Year 2008

The reason why it's called double celebrations is because besides celebrating new year's eve, we're also celebrating Miss Pinklover Christina's birthday that night..n there goes the equation(my own creation,haha!!) :

'Double celebrations = Double joy and beautiful memories'

We had barbecue sessions that night and despite a number of food items especially the fish balls and the sausages,they were successful and everyone had such a great time and shared plenty of laughters on that night.

Not Really A Great Kick Start Into the New Year...

Experienced weird yet a little disturbing dream when I was sleeping in the evening just now as my usual evening nap thus not in a really good mood when i woke up besides feeling a lil groggy n blur..I always have this perception that when a person dreams during his slumber hours, this means that his mind is still awake and alert albeit his body is resting n the reason why i said this is cos when I woke up from dreaming after sleep in the morning, I will always kind of feel a lil tired and dun feel like opening my eyes to start a new day..has anyone encounter this kind of experience or am i thinking too much??

Have you ever wished that your friend's parents were your parents or that they could treat you like how you've seen your friends' parents treat them?Definitely not trying to be unfilial daughter here but at times, I wish that I have my friends' parents as mine as sometimes I think that they're better than mine..I don't deny that everyone has his own strengths n flaws yet sometimes I have this sort of thinking..At times,I just can't shake off this feeling and I'll become a lil emo,quiet n moody..Usually I'll try to hide these feelings when I'm in front of my parents or others but sometimes it kind of shows out when my mum notices that i'm being a lil sulky...Am I being a bad person to even contemplate this kind of thinking or is this situation normal??

There's one thing here I just don't understand cos I can't figure out the logic of it..why is it that the same kind of phrase(implying the not so nice ones where you use them when you scold/teach a person) when uttered by two distinct people can turn out to give out different impacts on the person spoken to??I've experienced this when I'm being reprimanded by my parents n my aunt which is also my godmum for having done something wrong..When it was my godmum who was reprimanding, I do feel a little hurt at first(who wouldn't la right,haha) but it would go away after a while when I'm calmer).However,when it comes to my parents, I'll feel the hurt stronger and a little belittled like I'm such a useless child to them...I dunno y but i had these feelings...is it the tones they used or the way they did??Is this normal too??

I know this post is a little emo n sounds sulky..but these are some of the feelings that I felt on this day when it was supposed to be a joyous occasion cos its the first day of brand new year 2009!!Anyway, I can't be emo for all the time so it does a lil good for me to be able to pour out my thoughts and feelings here....
